We are proud to highlight our Executive Director, Charles Dakalira, who joined regional leaders and experts on stage at RE4SG 2026 for a critical panel discussion on “Building Renewable Energy Ecosystems: The Role of Associations, Innovation, and International Collaboration“.
Day 2 of the event brought together representatives from Malawi, Zambia, Rwanda, the UK, and international development organisations to address core sector challenges. From expanding access to affordable clean technology and finance to bridging gaps in technical skills and data.
The panel emphasised that driving lasting impact requires more than isolated solutions; it demands an interconnected ecosystem where industry associations, governments, academia, and private actors work together. Through key international partnerships, REIAMA continues to advocate for market growth, innovation, and sustainable energy access across Malawi and the region.
